Living Off Gourmet offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital products sold through this website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
• Your request must be sent to the support email listed below
• No proof of completion or reason is required. We trust you.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to pedro.emerick@livingoffgourmet.shop with the following:

• The email address used at purchase
• Your order number or transaction reference
• Subject line: “Refund Request”

We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be honored. Chargebacks filed without contacting support first may result in permanent loss of access to all products.

Upon approval of your refund, access to all purchased digital products will be revoked immediately.
